Hennepin-Hopper Lakes, Part IV
I saw a purple martin house that had been taken over by house sparrows...but then I noticed there were purple martins there as well. Both sets of birds had young birds exhibiting begging behavior...is it possible they are actually sharing the house?
That's the coolest Martin house I've seen. I don't usually like the asethics of the white ones. When I get some trees, I'll think about getting this one!
